We ship via USPS Business Delivery. In Arizona your order should arrive a day or two after it's dropped off at the post office. You will get a tracking number email from the post office.  For orders of $99 or more delivery is free in state and out of state. Orders under that are $10 in and out of state. No returns except on a case by case basis. 

USPS doesn't ship to PO's. Sorry but USPS is most cost effective solution allowing free delivery for the overwhelming majority of our customers. 

We will not refund nor replace items that USPS has marked as delivered but were stolen, or other wise didn't reach the possession of the customer.

We do not refund or replace sent items. If you become an ongoing customer and we feel we can trust you or you can establish beyond question item in question is defective we will consider refunding or replacing item. We aren't responsible for items damaged during shipping. You will need to file claim with USPS.
